Job summary

Better Balance Psychiatry, an entity of Turnwell Mental Health, seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to work with individuals, couples, and families in a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, provide evidence-based psychotherapy, and coordinate with schools and community resources while maintaining compliance.

This role emphasizes clinical autonomy, professional growth, teamwork, and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health clinician with state license (LCSW, LAC, CAC, LPC, LMFT, LMHC or equivalent).
• Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy as appropriate.
• Coordinate care with other providers and community resources.
• Participate in clinical consultation and treatment team meetings.
