Job summary

Better Balance Psychiatry, an entity of Turnwell Mental Health, in St. George, UT, seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to help individuals, couples and families achieve meaningful change within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, provide evidence-based psychotherapy, and coordinate care with other providers while contributing to a positive, patient-centered clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure as an LCSW, LAC, CAC, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent state license.
• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services.
• Facilitate individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions as appropriate.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with psychiatric providers, primary care providers, schools, and community resources when appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in clinical consultation and treatment team meetings.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinical environment.
