Job summary

Midwest Counseling is seeking mental health therapists (LPC, LSW, MFT) to join our outpatient team in Iowa. The role supports individuals, couples, and families with flexible scheduling and a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (TLMFT) or Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW).

• Experience in outpatient mental health therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient mental health services to individuals, couples, and families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement treatment.
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes.

Midwest Counseling is seeking Provisionally Licensed Therapists and Social Workers to join our growing team of Outpatient Mental Health Therapists and Counselors. Providers at Midwest Counseling provide high-quality and innovative mental health services to those in their care.

Education and Experience

We are seeking applicants who are dedicated to strengthening lives through wellness. We are seeking applicants meeting the following qualifications:

• Graduate-level degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (TLMFT), Temporary Licensed Mental Health Counselor (TLMHC), or Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW).
