Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure as an LCSW, LAC, CAC, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent state license.
• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services.
• Facilitate individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as indicated.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with psychiatric, primary care, school and community resources.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in clinical consultations and treatment team meetings.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinical environment.
