Colorado Women’s Center in Broomfield, CO seeks licensed mental health professionals to join a growing practice. This full-time role offers base pay while you build a full caseload, with 23–25 client sessions per week as a target and flexible scheduling to fit your approach.

We specialize in anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, and EMDR, with a team trained in CBT, Gestalt, mindfulness, and somatic therapies. We value female empowerment and supportive supervision.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active Colorado license or candidate license (LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC, PhD/PsyD/PSYC)

Responsabilités

• Provide counseling and therapy to Colorado Women’s Center clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations
• Conduct assessments
• Complete intake screenings for new clients
• Write client notes and other required documentation
• Manage client scheduling
• Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled
