Job summary

Colorado Women’s Center invites compassionate clinicians to join a growing mental health practice in Colorado. The position offers a strong base pay while you build a full caseload, typically 23–25 sessions per week, with referrals to help reach that goal.

We specialize in anxiety, trauma, relationships, and empowerment, with a mission to support women through evidence-based modalities and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required in counseling, social work, psychology, or MFT.
• Licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or psychologist (or candidate) preferred.
• Experience with both in-person and online therapy is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations to clients and colleagues.
• Conduct assessments and intake screenings for new clients.
• Write client notes and maintain documentation.
• Manage client scheduling and caseload growth.
• Attend staff and professional development meetings.
