Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to conduct therapy with children and adults, providing evidence-based treatments and comprehensive assessments.

The role includes developing treatment plans, coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining clinical records, and ensuring compliance with licensing and funding requirements; bilingual Spanish preferred, licensure in AZ highly valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related behavioral health field.
• Eligible for licensure by AZ Board of Behavioral Health with two years related experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses behavioral health needs and develops therapy goals at least every 180 days.
• Administers screener and standardized testing as clinically needed.
• Schedules therapy sessions and obtains required consents for treatment/licensure.
• Maintains clinical records and writes progress notes per funding sources.
• Provides crisis assessment and intervention as indicated.
• Mentors or trains newer therapists as assigned.
