Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling and eligible for AZ licensure with 2 years related experience.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Must meet driver license, background check, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess behavioral health needs and develop therapy goals at regular intervals.
• Schedule therapy sessions and obtain necessary consents.
• Maintain clinical records and write progress notes for funding sources.
• Provide crisis assessment/intervention and referrals as needed.
• Mentor newer therapists and participate in ongoing professional development.
