Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation seeks an experienced behavioral health therapist to provide evidence-based therapy for children and adults in Arizona. The role involves conducting assessments, maintaining accurate records, and delivering crisis intervention as needed.

The position supports therapists through collaboration with the treatment team and emphasizes professional development, licensure progression, and culturally competent care. Bilingual Spanish preferred and Master’s degree required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related behavioral health field; eligible for AZ licensure with 2 years related experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Therapist II/III tracks with licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assesses members’ behavioral health needs and develops treatment goals every 180 days.
• Administers screener and standardized tests as needed.
• Schedules therapy sessions and secures required consents.
• Maintains clinical records and writes progress notes.
• Provides crisis assessment and appropriate referrals for hospitalization when needed.
• Mentors and trains newer therapists and conducts trainings.
