Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a licensed Therapist to deliver high-quality behavioral health services across home, school, and community settings in Tennessee and surrounding areas. You will assess, plan, and provide individual, family, and group therapies to support emotional wellness and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
• Must be eligible for licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW (varies by state).
• Experience conducting behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, and therapy preferred.
• Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and community-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and utilize evidence-based tools to identify client needs and recommendations
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals in collaboration with clients and families
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions to support positive outcomes
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and referrals as needed
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in accordance with policies and state regulations
