Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Licensure as LPC/LMFT/LCSW or equivalent in state practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide social services to patients and families.
• Deliver cognitive behavioral therapies where indicated.
• Develop and implement Care Plans with SMART goals.
• Document progress in medical records daily and ensure timely admissions/discharges.
• Coordinate with referring providers and school for aftercare.
