Job summary

The therapist develops individualized treatment plans, documents progress, and ensures safety planning and discharge coordination in alignment with program policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; licensure in state preferred (LPC/LMFT/LCSW or equivalent).
• Two years in health care and at least two years in a psychiatric setting preferred.
• American Red Cross Professional Rescue within 30 days of hire; NCI training within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide social services to patients and families in acute care, partial hospitalization, and IOP.
• Perform crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
• Develop and implement Care Plans with SMART goals and ongoing documentation.
