Legacy Treatment Services Group is seeking a full-time Therapist in Pemberton Township, NJ. The role involves designing and supervising a safe residential treatment program for clients with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and supervise a positive residential treatment program for clients with IDD.
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of resident treatment programs.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy as per the treatment plan.

Responsibilities

The Therapist designs and supervises a safe environment and positive residential treatment program for clients with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Establishes and maintains a positive, strengths-based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of the Agency. Meets all administrative, legal and program requirements as mandated by all operating contracts including, but not limited to DCPP and COA. Oversees and coordinates all aspects of a resident's treatment program along and provides individual, family and group therapy in accordance with the treatment plan in concert with the other treatment team members.
