Job summary

Legacy Treatment Services seeks a licensed therapist to design and supervise a safe, positive residential treatment milieu and provide individual, family and group therapy according to each resident's treatment plan.

The role requires a Master’s degree in social work or counseling and an active license (LSW/LAC or LCSW/LPC). This is a full-time, benefited position with flexible hours and generous professional development support.

The Therapist designs and supervises a safe environment and positive residential treatment program. Establishes and maintains a positive, strengths-based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of the Agency. Meets all administrative, legal and program requirements as mandated by all operating contracts including, but not limited to DCPP and COA. Oversees and coordinates all aspects of a resident's treatment program along and provides individual, family and group therapy in accordance with the treatment plan in concert with the other treatment team members.

This is a 40 Hour Full Time Benefited position which includes:
