Job summary

Legacy Treatment Services is seeking a licensed therapist to design and supervise a safe, supportive residential treatment program in Burlington County, NJ. The role oversees all aspects of a resident's treatment and provides individual, family and group therapy as part of a coordinated plan.

The position is 40 hours per week, benefits eligible, with flexible hours and supervision provided. CEUs paid, tuition reimbursement after 1 year, and generous PTO/holidays are included.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in social work or counseling required.
• License required: LSW/LAC or LCSW/LPC.

The Therapist designs and supervises a safe environment and positive residential treatment program. Establishes and maintains a positive, strengths-based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of the Agency. Meets all administrative, legal and program requirements as mandated by all operating contracts including, but not limited to DCPP and COA. Oversees and coordinates all aspects of a resident's treatment program along and provides individual, family and group therapy in accordance with the treatment plan in concert with the other treatment team members.

This is a 40 Hour Full Time Benefited position which includes:
