Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in social work or counseling is required.
• Licenses required: LSW/LAC or LCSW/LPC.
• Ability to design and supervise treatment programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and supervise a positive residential treatment program for clients with IDD.
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of resident treatment programs.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy as per the treatment plan.
