Legacy Treatment Services in Mount Holly Township, NJ is seeking a Residential Therapist to design and supervise a safe, strengths-based, developmental milieu and provide individual, family and group therapy per the resident's treatment plan.

This is a 40 Hour Full Time Benefited position with flexible hours, CEUs provided and paid for, paid training days, 3.2 weeks PTO in the first year, 4 floating holidays, 9 agency holidays, an annual retention bonus, and tuition reimbursement after 1 year of

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required.
• Licensed (LSW/LAC or LCSW/LPC).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group therapy in accordance with the treatment plan.
• Oversee and coordinate resident's treatment program in collaboration with the treatment team.
• Maintain a safe, positive milieu and ensure compliance with contracts and regulations.

Job description

The Therapist designs and supervises a safe environment and positive residential treatment program. Establishes and maintains a positive, strengths-based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of the Agency. Meets all administrative, legal and program requirements as mandated by all operating contracts including, but not limited to DCPP and COA. Oversees and coordinates all aspects of a resident's treatment program along and provides individual, family and group therapy in accordance with the treatment plan in concert with the other treatment team members.This is a 40 Hour Full Time Benefited position which includes:Flexible work hoursSupervision providedCEUs provided and paid for.
