Job summary

Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking compassionate Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) to work full-time in residential and community settings. The role involves one-on-one care, daily living activities, transportation, and supporting the individual’s independence.

Open interviews are available at regional offices. A sign-on bonus is offered for full-time TSS positions, with detailed payout terms provided during the interview process.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field (official transcripts required).
• Two years’ experience working with children with ID or mental health required.
• Alternatively, an associate degree/60 credit hours with four years’ relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one care and support in daily living, social and recreational activities.
• Support independence and implementation of individual support plans.
• Ensure safety and well-being of individuals in home and community settings.
• Administer medications upon completion of certification (training provided).
• Maintain records and assist with housekeeping and transportation as needed.
