Job summary

Passavant Memorial Homes Family of Services seeks full-time Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) to provide one-on-one support to children in home or community settings across Western Pennsylvania. Duties include daily living support, meal prep, transportation, and documentation, with a focus on safety and independence.

Requirements include 21+ years of age, a valid driver's license, a related bachelor's or associate degree with transcripts, and 2–4 years of experience with ID or mental health.

Qualifications

• Age 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with transcripts.
• Two years’ experience with children with ID or mental health.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support in daily living and activities.
• Support foster independence and implement the individual support plan.
• Administer medications after certification.
• Maintain records and complete housekeeping tasks.
