Job summary

Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking compassionate Therapeutic Staff Supports to join our team in the West Newton area. Full-time daylight, evening, or block shifts are available, with a $6,000 sign-on bonus for eligible TSS roles and on-site interviews.

Responsibilities include one-on-one care, medication administration after certification, and helping clients participate in home and community activities. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus relevant experience, is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (transcripts required).
• Two years’ experience with individuals with ID or mental health required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assist daily living, social and recreational activities.
• Support independence and implement the individual support plan.
• Administer medications after certification and document appropriately.
• Maintain records and perform housekeeping duties as needed.
