Job summary
Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking responsible, caring individuals to join our team as full-time Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) in Glenshaw, Pennsylvania. TSS workers provide one-on-one support to children in home or community settings, including meals, transportation, and daily living activities under supervision.

Qualifications
- Minimum age 21 years and valid driver’s license are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- Two years of experience with children with ID or mental health are required.
- Or an Associates degree with 4 years of experience in related field.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and specialized daily living activities.
- Support and foster maximum independence for individuals.
- Assist in development and implementation of individual support plans.
- Ensure safety and well-being of individuals.
- Encourage participation in home and community activities.
- Observe behaviors and document changes; report accordingly.
- Administer medications upon completion of certification and training.
- Perform housekeeping and vehicle cleaning duties.
