Job summary

Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking compassionate Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) in the Wexford area to provide one-on-one care for children in home or community settings. Duties include preparing meals, administering medications (training provided), and transportation to activities, with a focus on safety and individual empowerment.

Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a related field (or 60 credits with an associate’s degree) and two years of relevant experience with ID or mental health.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or 60 credit hours with Associates). Transcript required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and specialized daily living support.
• Support independence and implement individual support plans.
• Assist with medications (certified training provided).
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Perform housekeeping and transportation duties as needed.
