Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in behavioral or mental health or related field.
• Master's degree required where state mandates licensure.
• At least four years’ experience with the target population.
• One or more years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate therapeutic program activities.
• Develop and maintain administrative and clinical operations for quality care.
• Oversee program budget and staffing, scheduling and billing processes.
• Implement program plans, objectives, timetables and measures.
• Provide staff management including hiring, development and performance management.
• Develop and audit treatment plans and maintain charts/records.
• Serve as liaison with other staff on clinical issues and regulations.
• Ensure policies align with organizational objectives and safety standards.
• Provide outreach in relevant clinical specialty if needed.
