Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral or mental health as required for licensed clinicians.
• Four or more years' experience working with the population served.
• One or more years' supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain administrative and clinical operations that provide quality care and outcomes.
• Plan and implement program goals, objectives, personnel, resources and equipment.
• Direct counselors and clinical staff to deliver services and oversee the program.
• Develop procedures to improve efficiency and coordinate care delivery, including scheduling and billing.
• Provide staff management including hiring, training and performance management.
• Manage an assigned caseload if applicable to the program.
• Monitor staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage for timely care.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and maintain charts and records.
• Serve as liaison with other staff on clinical regulations and standards.
• Ensure policies align with regulatory standards and infection control requirements.
