Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in relevant field (psychology, social work, counseling or psychiatric nursing).
• Five or more years of experience in behavioral health services including work with SMI, SED, DD, SUD.
• Three or more years of supervision experience.
• Management/administration experience and/or three years in Utilization Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and support to all clinical operations in areas assigned.
• Provide oversight and monitor clinical services as it relates to service provision, treatment and access.
• Review and analyze clinical and operational performance results; develop improvement plans.
• Staff management including hiring, development, training, performance management and communication.
• Develop and implement behavioral health processes, procedures and policies across programs.
• Participate in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning and reporting processes.
• Represent the company at community meetings.
• Collaborate with other company employees to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Support compliance by adherence to accreditation standards and funding/licensing requirements.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers; address patient complaints and ensure patient safety.
