Job summary
UChicago Medicine in the greater Chicagoland area seeks a Nurse Program Manager, Theranostics, to provide clinical, operational, and programmatic oversight of a theranostics service line within oncology, radiation oncology and nuclear medicine.
The role coordinates multidisciplinary care for patients receiving diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals, supports program growth, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads staff training and patient-centered care from referral through follow-up.
Qualifications
- BSN required for the role.
- Current Illinois RN license required.
- Minimum 5 years of oncology, infusion, nuclear medicine, or related clinical experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee theranostics patient care pathways from referral to follow-up.
- Develop standardized workflows for imaging, treatment eligibility, scheduling, and post-treatment monitoring.
- Collaborate with oncology, nuclear medicine, radiation oncology, pharmacy, and infusion teams to optimize care.
- Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and interdisciplinary teams on theranostic therapies.
