Job summary

GE HealthCare seeks a deeply experienced Theranostics leader to serve as a domain expert within our national advisory team. You will help health systems design, launch, scale, and optimize Theranostics programs and oncology care pathways.

The role requires credible radiopharmaceutical therapy and imaging expertise, with a focus on executive-level strategy, practical recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Theranostics or radiopharmaceutical programs.
• Ability to craft executive-level strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of clinical, regulatory, operational, and financial Theranostics aspects.
• Experience translating complex pharma/therapy topics into actionable plans.
• Track record advising health system executives and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead Theranostics and Molecular Imaging advisory engagements for program development and growth.
• Translate Theranostics expertise into recommendations improving access and performance.
• Assess client capabilities, opportunities, and barriers to program development.
• Facilitate executive sessions enabling informed decision-making.
• Integrate clinical, operational, strategic, and financial considerations for complex decisions.
• Structure engagements with executive analyses and implementation plans.
• Manage projects with rigor, timelines, and budget adherence.
