Job summary

Urologic Specialists of Northwest Indiana (USNI) seeks an Advanced Therapy Center Manager to provide strategic, operational, and clinical oversight for Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, and Radiation Oncology services.

You will collaborate with physicians, physicists, and administrative staff to optimize patient care, regulatory compliance, and financial performance in a multi-modality cancer/therapy center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• ARRT, CNMT, RT(T) or related certification preferred.
• Strong operational and financial acumen and familiarity with radiation safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, and Radiation Oncology departments.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, staffing, and equipment costs.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and safety programs; ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness.
• Collaborate with physicians, physicists, and staff to optimize patient outcomes and service line growth.
• Support outreach, marketing, and implementation of new programs across modalities.
