Job summary

UW School of Medicine and Public Health is seeking a Clinical Team Manager to lead the Theranostics DOT within UW Carbone Cancer Center. You will supervise coordinators and nurses, coordinate complex radiopharmaceutical trials, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.

Work locations include campus sites with some remote work as needed. The role requires 2+ years in clinical research and oncology experience, with certification or eligibility within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research required.
• Prior experience in oncology required.
• Certification in clinical research or eligible to obtain one within 6 months (CCRPs/CCRA/CCRC/ACRP-CP).

Responsibilities

• Monitors program budgets and approves unit expenditures.
• Supervises 2.0 FTE employees and manages conduct and performance.
• Schedules logistics and resources for high‑complexity trials.
• Recruits and screens trial participants and collects data under supervision.
• Serves as main contact for participants about procedures and expectations.
• Prepares grant proposals and study protocols per regulations.
• Reviews trials and develops operational policies with leadership.
• Collects, analyzes, and submits participant data and samples per protocol.
