The Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking a Theology Teacher for Cardinal Ritter College Prep for the 2025–2026 school year. The successful candidate will be a practicing Catholic, able to teach in a dynamic, college-preparatory environment, and possess a comprehensive educational background in Theology.
The role includes delivering instruction using the Gradual Release Model, maintaining a classroom focused on student engagement, and integrating technology into curriculum delivery. A competitive compensation package will be provided.

Cardinal Ritter College Prep, a St. Louis Archdiocesan coeducational college preparatory high school serving grades 9–12, seeks a Theology Teacher for the 2025–2026 school year. Applicants must be practicing Catholics, demonstrate the ability to teach in an urban, college‑preparatory environment, and possess a strong academic background in Theology and Catholic studies.
Articulate and uphold the policies, procedures, mission, and vision of the St. Louis Archdiocese and Cardinal Ritter College Preparatory High School. Properly plan and deliver quality instruction using the Gradual Release Model; create assessments that support higher‑order thinking; integrate instructional technology; and implement project‑based learning. Maintain a classroom environment conducive to learning, support student engagement, and utilize the school’s online data system and Google applications.
Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to the vocation of teaching and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
