The Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking a faith-filled, student-centered educator at St.

Joseph School to provide a Christ-centered learning environment aligned with Catholic education goals and the Archdiocese's mission. The successful candidate will plan engaging lessons, differentiate instruction, assess progress, and collaborate with families and staff to support spiritual, academic, social, and emotional growth in students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required.
• Missouri teaching certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Strong instructional, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons aligned with curriculum requirements.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Assess student progress through formal and informal assessments and provide timely feedback.

Job Summary

The Teacher is responsible for creating a positive, engaging, and Christ-centered learning environment that supports the spiritual, academic, social, emotional, and behavioral growth of students.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a passion for teaching, strong classroom management skills, collaboration with colleagues and families, and a commitment to fostering a culture of faith, truth, and love in accordance with the mission of St. Joseph School and the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
