Job summary

Legends Global in Denver seeks a Theatrical Services Coordinator to administer payroll activities for Stagehand labor across Arts & Venues venues, providing administrative support to Theatrical Services Management.

The role requires processing payroll/billing reports, collaborating with the Theatrical Services Stagehand Labor Supervisor to meet deadlines, maintaining schedules, and ensuring accurate event billing. Flexibility for non-standard hours and travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Payroll/accounting degree preferred.
• Live event/production experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process daily stagehand payroll/billing reports.
• Collaborate with stagehand supervisor to meet payroll deadlines and provide timely information to entities.
• Assist in processing labor calls and event billing estimates.
• Input and maintain House Crew schedules.
• Liaise with Finance and Production Managers on payroll issues.
• Support daily labor sign-in and scheduling processes.
• Support administrative/payroll representation at venues.
• Prepare and track show event documents and equipment rentals.
