Job summary

Legends Global, a leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, seeks a Payroll and Payables Accountant to manage bi-weekly payrolls and payables across INTRUST Bank Arena, Orpheum Theatre, and Capitol Federal Amphitheater.

You will import hours from event timesheets, handle garnishments, benefits accruals, and invoice postings in D365, while ensuring timely vendor payments and accurate GL coding.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Background and credit check may be required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with ADP Enterprise EV5 is preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes, laws, and overtime calculations.

Responsibilities

• Process facility bi-weekly payroll, including the IATSE union stagehands.
• Import IATSE Union stagehand hours from event timesheets and verify hours and wage rates.
• Process wage garnishments, deductions, and payments for applicable employees."
• Calculate and process vacation, sick, and other time-off benefits each payroll.
• Prepare payroll adjustments and bi-weekly payroll journal entries.
• Prepare monthly payroll and vacation accruals.
• Input payable invoices into Microsoft D365 and coordinate approvals and GL coding.
• Prepare weekly vendor check run and ensure timely payments.
• Assist in monthly financial statements preparation for all locations.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and reconciliations of related accounts.
• Assist with live event settlements.
• Other duties as assigned.
