Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to obtain any local health or food handling certification if required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrates energetic, friendly attitude and provides excellent Guest service.
• Works well in a team and independently, follows directions, and maintains accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile and handles transactions on the assigned register using Cinemark's POS system.
• Verifies tickets, directs Guests to the auditorium, and answers questions about movies and prices.
• Maintains theater cleanliness, safety, and proper conduct of staff and guests.
• Operates food prep equipment and assists with concessions as needed.
• Responds to guest inquiries and provides accurate theatre information.
• Supports opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
• Complies with all local, state, and company policies, including health and safety rules.
