Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a part-time Theatre Team Member in Corpus Christi to greet guests and provide accurate ticketing and concessions service. You may work across Usher, Box Office, or Concession roles as staffing needs require, with emphasis on guest satisfaction and safety.

The role requires basic food handling training, a friendly attitude, fluent English, and reliable attendance. Shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Basic food handling training and any local/state required certification.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance is required.
• Energetic and friendly attitude with excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Operate Cinemark POS system for transactions.
• Verify tickets at the podium and guide guests to auditoriums.
• Answer guest questions about movies, pricing, and events.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in lobby, concessions, restrooms and auditoriums.
