The position requires 16+ years old, basic food handling training, and a strong customer-service focus. Flexible hours and a safety-conscious mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent guest service skills and a positive attitude.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic food handling training or local certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile and professional demeanor.
• Operates the theatre POS system for transactions.
• Verifies tickets and guides guests to the auditorium.
• Provides information on pricing, events and policies.
• Responds to guest questions with a high standard of service.
• Performs theatre inspections and maintains safety and cleanliness.
• Supports opening and closing tasks as needed.
• Assists with other duties across box office or concession as needed.
