Cinemark is seeking a Team Member in Texas to provide friendly guest service, handle POS transactions, verify tickets, and share information on movies and events. You will help keep the theatre clean and safe while supporting opening/closing duties and various roles as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• English language proficiency (speaking and comprehension).
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and handle transactions in a timely, friendly manner.
• Operate the theater POS system and verify tickets at the podium.
• Provide pricing, movie information, and event details to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in lobby, auditoriums and common areas.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and other duties as assigned.
