Job summary

Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for Guests and must be quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, events, pricing, and promotions. They may work as Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist as staffing needs require, performing essential duties with a heroic guest experience.

Team Members are expected to maintain high cleanliness and safety standards, handle cash, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Complete basic food handling training and obtain any local or state mandated certification/health card.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must provide excellent guest service and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to an auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie information and promotions; answer guest questions.
• Maintain theatre cleanliness and safety; monitor for film/content integrity.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned.
