Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training or required local certifications where needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance is required.
• Energetic and friendly attitude in every shift.
• Provides excellent guest service and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Operates the POS system for all transactions on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets and directs guests to their auditorium.
• Manages ticket sales in line with MPAA ratings and policy.
• Provides theatre information and answers guest questions.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in lobby, aisles, restrooms, and auditoriums.
