Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Theatre Team Member to create a welcoming guest experience across box office, concession, and usher roles as needed. You will assist guests with questions, process transactions, and help maintain a clean and safe theatre environment.

The role requires friendly, energetic individuals who can work in a fast-paced setting and communicate effectively in English. Training and opportunities to grow within Cinemark are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local certifications as required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Able to communicate in English with guests of all ages.
• Able to work in a team environment and independently.
• Take and follow direction; respond with urgency.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark's POS system for all transactions on the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Ensures tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating system and policies.
• Provides pricing, movie information and event details.
• Responds to guest questions in a professional manner.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned.
