You will handle POS transactions, ticket verification, and provide information on movies, pricing, and events. The role may involve working as an usher, box office, or concessionist depending on staffing needs.

Ideal candidates demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and the ability to communicate clearly with guests in English while thriving in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Completes basic food handling training and required local certifications.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Ability to take direction and respond with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests promptly and professionally.
• Operate the POS system for transactions.
• Verify tickets and guide Guests to seating.
• Provide pricing, event info, and theater details.
• Answer guest questions with quality service.
• Perform theatre inspections and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and other tasks.
