You will report to the General Manager, support staffing, and participate in the Management Accreditation Program with potential career progression to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after six months.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program basic courses.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall theater operations and policy enforcement.
• Support General Manager and communicate with staff.
• Train and coach Team Members across departments.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and superior customer service.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and report discrepancies.
