Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee theatre operations, train staff, and support the General Manager. You will be cross-trained across departments and help ensure policy compliance, guest satisfaction, and financial accuracy.

You’ll participate in the Management Accreditation Program, contribute to reports, and coordinate with leadership to maintain high standards of safety and service while working flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completes basic food handling training and local certifications where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Regular and consistent attendance required.
• Must communicate clearly in English and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Follows direction of General Manager and supports decisions with staff.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their roles.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for General Manager.
• Inspects theatre facilities and reports repairs as needed.
• Ensures adherence to dress code and delivers superior guest service.
• Enforces Cinemark guidelines with fairness and consistency.
• Maintains safety, security, and high work ethic standards.
