B&B Theatres Miami Cineplex in Miami, OK is seeking a Part-Time Theatre Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding guest service. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to obtain R-Serving (21+), Food Handler, and/or Food Manager certifications as required by state.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance for running errands.
• Must be available to open and/or close regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assist Theatre General Manager and salary management staff in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy.
• Coordinate operations and ensure schedules and objectives are met.
• Supervise and motivate staff.
• Interact with guests and assess their needs and specifications.
• Assist in hiring, training, and maintaining employee records.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.
• Perform various tasks including possible ticket sales or snack bar assistance.
• Complete duties as delegated by supervisor.
