Harkins Theatres in Oklahoma City is seeking an Assistant Manager to support Senior and General Managers in daily theatre operations and department oversight.

You will supervise team members, ensure guest satisfaction, manage inventory and deliveries, and uphold our presentation standards and policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Movie theatre experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good written and verbal English; Spanish a plus.
• Must have availability during busy times.

Responsibilities

• Oversees guest services to ensure top movie-going experience.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures by TMs and TLs.
• Assists with inventory and deliveries.
• Inspects delivery contents and corrects errors or damages.
• Upholds standards for film presentation including projection operations and film supplies.
