Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. seeks an Assistant Manager to help operate the theatre, train staff, and ensure policy adherence. You will support the General Manager, coach Team Members, and help manage daily operations to deliver great guest experiences.

Responsibilities include cross-department coverage, preparing reports, and enforcing safety, dress code, and service standards. Opportunities for growth through the Management Accreditation Program are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program (MAP Core) within Cinemark’s MAP.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all theatre departments and job functions.
• Train and coach Team Members in their roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure policies, dress code and safety procedures are followed.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues.
• Report maintenance and safety concerns to management.
