Through the Management Accreditation Program, the Assistant Manager can progress to Senior AM, Theatre Manager, or General Manager, after meeting the required training and six months experience. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires 18+ years of age and high school or equivalent.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses within the program.
• Provides customer service and cash handling with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager and communicate with staff.
• Operate in all departments and train team members.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for management.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with Cinemark guidelines.
• Provide excellent guest service and enforce dress code.
