Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations, ensure policies are followed, and maintain high operational standards across all departments.

You will be cross trained to support every team and act as a key trainer to staff while reporting to the General Manager. The role offers growth through the Management Accreditation Program, requires a minimum of 18 years old, a high school diploma, flexible hours, and a strong commitment to guest service, teamwork,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Basic food handling training and any required local/state certification.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and cash handling skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow directions.
• Resolves conflicts with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in communication with staff.
• Works in all theatre departments.
• Trains and coaches team members.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports.
• Observes theatre building and equipment condition.
• Reports maintenance needs to the General Manager.
• Ensures dress code is followed.
• Interacts with guests to provide superior service.
• Enforces Cinemark policies with staff.
• Reports employee relations issues per protocol.
• Maintains high work ethic and conduct.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
