Job summary

Regal in Silver Spring, MD seeks a full-time theatre manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure policy compliance. Responsibilities include cash handling, inventory control, and coordinating showtimes with guest relations and promotions.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and technical aptitude to oversee projection and AV systems, with a focus on safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Two years of post-secondary education in Business and/or two years management or supervisory experience.
• Must be of legal age to sell or serve alcohol where applicable.
• Complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Academy.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and administer Regal policies.
• Ensure cash management policies are followed.
• Control concession inventory and spoilage.
• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule staff; consult with HRBP as needed.
• Administer all paperwork and uphold company policies for HR.
• Ensure alcohol certification and training are current where applicable.
• Supervise staff and operate theatre projection/audio-visual systems.
• Manage costs and purchasing; oversee inventory and audits.
• Supervise theatre maintenance and janitorial staff; coordinate repairs.
• Monitor risk management, safety, and incident reporting.
• Handle guest relations, promotions, show timings, and receipts reconciliation.
