Job summary

Regal in Elyria, OH seeks an experienced theatre operations supervisor to lead front- and back-of-house staff. You will train and coach employees, manage schedules, and enforce cash handling and Regal policies to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include inventory control, adherence to health and safety regulations, and collaboration with management to optimize labor costs and service quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business and/or equivalent, two years management or supervisory position in restaurant or VIP/luxury theatre concept
• Experience in high-volume hospitality environment
• Complete legally required state/local alcohol training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Supervise and mentor staff, schedule, train, and coach employees.
• Monitor cash handling and ensure policies are followed.
• Maintain inventory controls and cost controls daily.
• Oversee kitchen and bar maintenance and sanitation per Regal standards.
• Ensure food and beverage items are prepared per Regal recipes and safety standards.
• Respond to guest questions and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with managers to optimize staffing and labor costs.
